Maybe anxiety has been running the show lately. Maybe depression has drained the color from things you used to love, or self-doubt keeps talking you out of the life you want.

Being a teenager today is hard in ways adults don't always see — school pressure, social media, friendships shifting under their feet, and the big question of who they're becoming. And watching your teen struggle is its own kind of hard.
I don't ask teens to sit across from me and talk like adults. I meet them through the things they already love — music, sports, art, movies — so therapy feels less like an appointment and more like being understood. That's when teens open up, and that's when real growth happens.

If you've lost your connection and can't pinpoint how you got here, or if you're looking to break free from destructive patterns, build trust, and reduce resentment, I'm here to help.
Every relationship is a story two people write together — and somewhere along the way, yours may have picked up chapters you never meant to keep. In our work, we'll slow down the old arguments, rebuild communication and trust, and reconnect the intimacy — emotional and physical — that got lost along the way. More supported, more connected, and having more fun together.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a specialized therapy designed to help you process and heal from trauma, anxiety, and other distressing life experiences.
By using guided eye movements, EMDR allows you to reframe negative memories and reduce their emotional impact — particularly effective if you’ve felt stuck or overwhelmed by past events.

Group work
Everything above is one-to-one. This one is different — a small, supportive group for moms, including groups just for first-time moms.
Groups run in cohorts rather than standing appointments, so spots are limited and they open a few times a year. Pricing varies by size and format.
