Rates & Insurance

    • Initial Session: 60 minutes and prorated at $300.

    • Ongoing Sessions: $250 per 45-minute session. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept major credit and debit cards as well as other secure payment methods.

  • I require full payment at the time of service. If you have a PPO insurance plan and would like to seek reimbursement, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request. This itemized receipt can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement—please check with your provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits, deductible requirements, and reimbursement rates.

For questions about coverage, I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to clarify out-of-network benefits.

  • A superbill is an itemized receipt for services that includes all the necessary information for your insurance company to consider reimbursement. After each session, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if they offer out-of-network coverage.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
